No. Many of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and craftsmanship.

Sizing, Customisation & Alterations

Yes. We offer made-to-order options and complimentary alteration services on select products to ensure the best possible fit.

If you select free alteration service and place the order, our team connects with you take your measurements or you can always text us on our WhatsApp number if you have any query.

No. Products that are made-to-order, customised, or altered are created exclusively for you and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Standard processing time is approximately 5–6 business days. Orders involving customisation or alterations may take longer depending on the request.

Ordering & Payments

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your product, size, and any applicable customisation options, then proceeding to checkout.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways and you can pay through UPI, Debit Cards or Credit Cards.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing typically takes 5–6 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and courier partner.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

Yes, we ship to most serviceable locations across India. For International shipping, kindly message us before placing any order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are not offered(except rare cases). However, exchanges may be considered for select ready-to-wear products that have not been customised or altered.

Refunds are generally not offered. In rare cases of incorrect or defective items, a refund may be considered after review.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to verification and approval.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details so we can assist you.
