All orders placed with House of Venera are processed after payment confirmation.

  • This includes production, quality checks, and packaging

Please note that orders involving customization or free alteration services may require additional processing time, depending on the nature of the request.


2. Customization & Alteration Orders

We specialize in custom-made apparel and offer free alteration services to ensure the best possible fit.

  • Customization or alteration requests may extend the processing time beyond 5–6 business days

  • The exact timeline depends on:

    • Complexity of customization

    • Number of alterations requested

    • Production workload at the time of order

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and dispatched:
